Items are monitored every step of the way. To quickly see an estimated delivery date, navigate to My Orders. Each item will have a current status and estimated arrival date.
The status of your item can be found by clicking “Track Your Order” in the top right corner of our website.
Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop and send you a confirmation email with all the tracking information as soon as the item has shipped!
More About Estimated Delivery Dates
If you have placed an order, please note that estimated delivery dates vary depending on whether it is a small item or large item:
- The estimated delivery date indicates when the item will arrive at your home.
- Small items are delivered in 2-3 business days, we ship orders out the next business day. If you are experiencing a delay with your order please contact USPS or UPS. Large items are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered in 2-5 business days. If you haven’t received your order after this time period please check the tracking number and contact USPS or UPS. If they can’t tell you where the package is, then contact us.
- The estimated arrival date shows when the item will get to your local area.
- On your scheduled delivery date, our local delivery partner may call you 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure you are home.
